and the customer completing the reservation ("Customer").
2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement governs the terms and conditions of VIP transfer, airport transfer, chauffeur-driven vehicle rental, and private transportation services provided by EcrinVIP.
3. Service and Payment
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate reservation details, including travel date, time, route, passenger information, and contact details.
Payments may be made through:
- Online Credit Card
- Bank Transfer (Wire/EFT)
- Cash Payment
Invoices are issued in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Reservation and Cancellation Policy
- Reservations should be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Different advance booking requirements may apply during public holidays and peak seasons.
- Cancellations made at least 6 hours before the service start time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the service start time are non-refundable.
- Promotional or discounted bookings may not be eligible for cancellation, modification, or refund.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to:
- Be present at the designated pickup location on time.
- Provide accurate passenger and luggage information.
- Present identification or reservation confirmation when requested.
- Refrain from transporting prohibited, illegal, dangerous, flammable, or hazardous materials.
The use of seat belts is mandatory throughout the journey.
6. Responsibilities of EcrinVIP
EcrinVIP undertakes to:
- Provide safe and properly maintained vehicles.
- Assign qualified and professional drivers.
- Deliver the transportation service according to the confirmed reservation.
EcrinVIP shall not be held liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, adverse weather, road closures, flight disruptions, government actions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
7. Luggage and Personal Belongings
Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings.
EcrinVIP shall not be liable for items forgotten inside vehicles. Any recovered items may be returned to the owner whenever possible.
Dangerous, illegal, flammable, explosive, or prohibited materials are not permitted in company vehicles.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather conditions
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Government restrictions
- Strikes or civil unrest
- War or national emergencies
Such events shall be considered force majeure.
9. Personal Data Protection
Personal data collected from customers is processed and protected in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and privacy regulations.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Adana, Türkiye.
11. Acceptance and Effectiveness
By completing a reservation, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
